About Us
The Mediterranean Association of Sciences and Sustainable Development (Medi-ADD) proudly presents the 10th International Conference on Smart City Applications (SCA2025), a multidisciplinary event taking place November 10-12, 2025. SCA2025 offers an unparalleled opportunity for researchers, students, and industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and share their expertise.
We encourage the submission of original research, innovative designs, practical case studies, and forward-thinking concepts related to all aspects of smart cities, including but not limited to: digital twins, geo-smart information systems, smart education and healthcare, digital business and the smart economy, building and home automation, sustainable agriculture and environmental solutions, and cutting-edge information technologies and computer science.
Accepted papers, respecting quality policy, will be published in:
- Volume 9 of the Innovations in Smart Cities and Applications book series (Springer LNNS, Approved).
- The International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences (ISPRS, Approved).

Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts must adhere to the specified template guidelines, including figures, tables, and references. Prepare your paper using one of the following templates and submit as a PDF through the CMT System:
- Springer Template: Download the MS Word or LaTeX template.
- ISPRS Template: Follow the ISPRS guidelines and use the MS Word template or LaTeX template.
Papers should not exceed 8 pages.
Review Process
Submissions must be original, with a maximum of 15% similarity from all sources and 5% from any single source, verified using iThenticate. Each paper will undergo a rigorous double-blind review by two or three program committee members in two rounds. Acceptance decisions will consider:
- Novelty and originality
- Technical depth and rigor
- Elegance and clarity of presentation
- Practical or theoretical impact
Authors of high-quality papers may be invited to submit an extended version (minimum 50% new content) for publication in a special issue of the Journal of Lifestyle and SDGs Review.
